Bishopspark Retirement Village Services
n addition to covering external building maintenance, rates, building insurance, gardening and grounds maintenance, common lighting and heating, the services offered at Bishopspark include:
- Range of care options available, from complete independence to full care
- Organised activities and excursions
- Security systems and patrol
- Meals service available (lunch and dinner)
- Chapel on-site for Anglican or other denominational worship
- Communal lounge (also available to hire)
- Carport rental available

Churchill Retirement Village Services
ll of the residents at the Churchill retirement village are welcome to enjoy the following services and activities:
- Daily activities and weekly bus outings
- Sunday chapel services
Mary Armitage Flats
Weekly fee covers: rates, maintenance, outside lighting, cleaning, garden/handyman and dwelling insurance.Studio Unit
Weekly fee covers: nursing supervision, meals, electricity, laundry and administration costs for ground and building. Also available to residents:- Library, pool table, hairdressing salon and chapel
- Nursing supervision, meals, electricity, laundry, activities and administration
- Breakfast making facilities for residents (in their own rooms)
- Lunch and dinner served in communal dining room
- Staff assistance in event of short-term illness or convalescence
- Personal laundry and bed-making (by arrangement)
Rest Home
- Weekly chaplain visits (Sunday services held in chapel)
Churchill Hospital
- Physiotherapy
- Laundry
- Weekly minibus and wheelchair outings
- Communion services on alternate Thursdays (monthly for Bush Wing residents)
- Secure care (including diversional therapy) for mobile sufferers of Alzheimer’s (Bush Wing residents)
